Creating Rock1. Shaping a CorkTake a piece of cork for kettle. Randomly cracked it at first, then shaped it to desired size and shape. 2. Crack LinesCarve a few crack lines with Designer Knife. Have fun, needless to be gentle at this stage. 3. WashingWashed the entire cork with Black to darken shadows and hollow areas. 4. Dry BrushingDry brushed with Grey Tones, and selectively stipple with Brown Color. Another layer of dry brushing with White, concentrating the edges. 5. PigmentingThought the stones looks a little bright, so I rubbed Black Pigment at desired areas to balance the tones a bit. Viola ~
