Hi all,
My second kit for the year. I tried to make this diorama based off Gundam 00 Season 2 Episode 1 where the introduction of the Gundam Exia that has been repaired.
Lots of trial and error here, tried to putty smudge the cloth to provide a more rugged look, dry brushing plus enamel washing and some battle damage to the kit.
Wanted to practice more on using pla-plated in constructing my diorama. The broken blade was one of my biggest challenges yet as it took a while for me to imagine a used, broken blade that has seen a lot of battles.
Guess I'm somewhat satisfied with it. I had a major mishap with the kit but I didn't spot it until assembly time, guess which one is it? If you can't spot it, phew!
