It's pretty glossy/oily cause I used Red Wine Paint to cover it's original colors The paint I used was direct from the bottle - no retarders/thinners mixed in..thus the color being as it is..maybe top-coating it would solve the issue?

Yeap, the brush strokes are quite..obvious, LoL cause I didn't use retarder, the paint dries almost immediately - this the very very poor paint-job but still..learned quite a lot, hopefully the next kit will be a better improvement

gravityfi3ld: first, i m not the judge, so this is just my personal opinion of 2 cents worth I kinda like your intention of changing the color from the original orange to this wine red. To me it looks more fierce! This is definitely a plus point. Also, since u have the entire thread for yourself, give more dynamic pose to wow your audience, man. This is the privilege! As for brush strokes n the surface finishing, i think if u want, u can use thinner plus retarder, together with the paint, try sooth out the overall. It's like part washing down the thicker part of the paint n make overall smoother. If u have time concern, the most curi ayam way i would suggest is to give it an overall flat top coat. Flat top coat have this ability: though it wont work 100%, but to certain degree, it helps to hide a bit of mistakes n uneven surface. it will help the overall. No worries, there's still time, after VinceC show the tutorial of photography, u can edit the post n give it more new photos.

Sifu Rayloke has spoken!!hahaha will top coat it and upload some more pictures when it's done You're spot on with the color - wanted the Zeta Plus to have a more toughen up look compared its original peachy color. Thank you
