Not sure what you mean of but if you gonna repaint on your clear green parts, you ought to use clear transparent paint and AB onto it. But before hands, you need to study the color charts for the results..example like green mix with blue turns to which color and so on.........hope this will enlighted you.......

Here's the examples:- Take note - use clear instead opaque paint cos opaque colors will cover up entirely your original subjects. Above diagram shown are merely an illustration and the results might be varies even you used clear paint.

Of course you can. Therefore your subject will be in solid color instead transparent....

hi just bare in mind, the more color, even clear color, u spray onto the clear part, it will get darker. so if u have a transparent green, i doubt u can make it back to clear yellow.
As for clear red, green n red is way to far to alter the color like that. probably the color u can change to is blue or teal (A bluish green)

you have another option. go to a stationery shop. look for Sharpie permanent markers. they shld be multiple colours type...you'll get apple green, dark green, blue, yellow, red. colour it over the clear part. the markers work like your clear paint. i've done a tutorial in another forum. go read this and see if this is what you want. forum.zerogunz.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=6488

ah ok. missed that out. cant change colour then. that's because the clear part is molded in colour. you can see that if u cut the sprue. the centre wld be in clear green too. so like the earlier posts, u can mix shades in but u cannot get primary colours i.e. red, blue n green. those r the extremes. mixing other clear colours will just darken things.

Darker, i would suggest you to experience out individually in order to get your intention colors. As per what David shown on his diagram, try out on the clear sprue and see the results. If you looking for Brown tone, mind you that there's hundred thousands of Brown tones which we do not know which that you refering. Remember, too much theories/or opinions will lead into disaster which I believe you do not want that happen on your kit, right? Just be bold, try out and see the results. This is oneof the way to gain experience from time totime. Cheers.
