sharing time! ;D Revell's 458 Italia is actually the most detailed kit available in the market at reasonably cheap price (aftermarket add-ons not counted.. ) reason why i choose revell is that the car comes with full engine and better interior detail as compared to fujimi's..but as usual, revell's wheels sucks to the max.. so i spent quite a lot on aftermarket add-ons in building this car, including the HobbyDesign BBS F1 wheels, HobbyDesign Ferrari 458 Italia PE and metal transfers.. this Prancing Horse is basically an OOB build, with some details added to the interior of the car, ie. seat belts, carbon fiber steering wheel, interior trim, PE acceleration & brake pedal, PE paddle shifter and floor mat.. the major modifications can be found on the wheels of the car as revell's "sandwich" brake is unacceptable and unable to fit in fujimi's-type BBS F1 wheels. PE disc brake added and painted to simulate carbon ceramic discs too.. i enjoyed building this Italia as it went through some hard time where the rear diffuser area was broken and finally get it fixed, credits to bro Eric.. ;D and afterall, it doesn't look too bad after assembly..exterior wise, i would still prefer fujimi's Italia.. thanks for reading and dropping by, comments and critics are welcome! ;D p.s: by the time this post is written, I've completed my 4th car of the year 2012-the Audi A4 DTM..
