Assault On Black Reach is an ideal set for anyone who are new to miniature gaming/painting. It comes with a rulebook, template and ruler, dice, 17 Space Marines units and 29 Ork units. I'll be using the Ork units in conjunction with the Blood Bowl group-build. Simplest method to convert the existing 40K Orks to a more athletic looking hordes was adding Should Pads and Helmet Bars, as well as exaggerating the brutal "foul" weapon. Firstly, chop a thin piece from the Square Rod. Remove one side of the four sided and gently burn with lighter to create random burnt edges. Kinda hard to portray scrap metal when the shape of pla-plate is too perfect. Test fit. Seems a lil out of scale at first. Then on second thought, this supposed to be Fantasy Football. Lazy excuse, I know. Trimmed triangular shapes from a small Square Rod. Junkyard Brass Knuckle. For the shoulder pad, I used Pla Rod. Chopped off about 1/8 off the perfect circle, and again, lightly burnt it with lighter. Of cos, several attempts were made to achieve desired shape. Test fit. Now my Orks can Waaagh !

Repeated the same method as above-mentioned for the rest of the team. Here's a brief explanation on the characteristics. 1. Linemen ; Average strength with high armor. They're meant to foul ;D 2. Blitzer ; Star players and fast. Versatle. 3. Blocker ; To block, and do all the muscle work. 4. Thrower ; With passing access. Unfortunately, the Orks that came with the set allow a very minimum posture. Each Ork can be completed with 3 parts and the right arm is joint with the body. So lots of chopping and filling were inevitable in order to create a more dynamic pose. Here's how they look after reposing. Linesmen, Blitzer, Blocker and Thrower.
