Tamiya olive green and Tamiya grey (i forgot the number ) and i also customize the weapon system... using only leftover plastic runner... and gave it flat black spray.. ouh.. one more thing, ive also customize the LED for the monoeye using led taken from unused charger adapter... please leave ur comment and critique..also any suggestion to me... i may use this kit as my next customize project... since i already started using airbrush...

Looks like the Unicorn OVA coloured version of the Marasai, which I much prefer over the orange/pink MG. Nice. I think you should take it further and make the weapons too! Here for your reference... gunplahobbies.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/dsc_0048-copy.jpg?w=584&h=389I think (this is just an aesthetic choice...) that instead of the bright green cylindrical "tube" sections, you change the colour to a metallic copper. I think it would match the green you've done very well.

- Topic moved to proper sub board - I always loved Marasai design plus you have customized the color scheme; it gives a new brand outlook. Tidy and clean works! LED installation definitely would be an plus point to justified this kit! Good job man.... ;D A little nitpick if you don't mind - spotted some flaw in your weapon finishing. Looks like 'over-sanding' to certain spots. Since you have a pretty nice clean build, it would be great to complete it together. Just my cents worth here. Hope you don't mind.

thanks for the comment.. really appreciate it... i was tried to adapt color scheme from the UC version of Marasai.. before i buy this kit, i've tried to find the UC version, but never available.. and decided to buy the orange redand attempt to change the color scheme... Phoon: yes the weapon system was not really tidy... dont know how to do it the correct way..

Overall i think it's pretty nicely done; clean and a very nice color scheme. For the power cable bright green i think it's a very bold move. if u could tone it down a little , i believe would look nicer. As i find the bright green is taking a 'lil too much attention grabbing compared to other parts.
Agree with phoon, the weapon should be cleaner. At least to match the mecha.
Besides these two, i think everything is quite well done. Good job!

thanks Ray... FYI, the cable i left unpaint.. it is original color... yes i agree with you but it was to tiny for me to prep for painting... but i might consider to paint it or perhaps replace with steel look cable for my next customize work...

Prep for painting? Don't prep one by one, that's crazy. Slide the whole row on a satay stick. Then prep each pipe section at once.

As said b4, clean works...metal power pipes would look great on this.
