HG 1/144 Justice Gundam Custom Build

Hello Everyone!
I guess you may have seen me and my works on Facebook before, but heres a kit to start off here!

Presenting, HG 1/144 Justice Gundam! 

This kit has been souped up and modded from the terribly proportioned original kit and now he's made to look more anime accurate. Although the head still need to be popped out to let the jet pack attach in the Flight mode, most proportion issues have been fixed. This is one of my two gunpla entries i sent for GBWC 2013 in Singapore to compete with the masters there. Hope you guys enjoy!

Thank you phoon! yup i agree i still have a lot more to improve. You are suggesting i should do a top coat of matt for this guy?

Haha dont get me wrong, this kit is an absolute treat to build, as well as a great practice to improve my modelling skills. 

I enjoy every kit i had put together so this had been a fun hobby for me!

Yeah, flat coat would be an ideal choice. In addition, try to avoid painting at broad areas. As handpaint tend to leave obvious strokes to broad areas. However, you can try to handpaint on those small detail parts which I think it would suffice. Just some simple pointers here:-

1. Gloss paint / Metallic paint are not recommended for hand-paint due to its residue.
2. Flat / Matt paint are still viable for handpaint. The amount of thinner mixture had to put into consideration in order to achieve smooth finish.

Thanks for the advice! Problem is, i dont have an access to an airbrush and this kit is painted by spraycans. i'll do by best to give it a beautiful finish!

No prob man....even hand-painted kit can be as awesome as airbrushed kit! Keep it up man!
