Cool, sony user. Nice work on the washing, but the dry brush is little bit too much. Well, just my opinion. As for photo, try use higher f-stop, can see more of the details. Also, this is my preference.

Thanks for the reply. Have to admit the aperture is higher for these pictures because not enough lighting in my room and might need to invest additional flash.
First time weathering and tend to overdo a bit but the actual unit seems to be ok. One thing good about weathering is that I can put the title "Very old and worn out core fighter". Hahhhahhahah.
Thanks.

Another option is to mount ur camera to tripod, or place it on steady ground/object, therefore ur photo won't blur with longer shutter.

Will try and see with the tripod for the next kit without the flash. Good idea. Forgot about it after many years of lack of practice. Thanks.

Ha, didnt expect this level of work!!!! I m loving it. The weathering lloks very pleasant to the eyes, n it's very balanced too. Just a little suggestion: When doing dry brushing, try to avoid any obvious brush strokes. If u want to create sme bigger patch of paint chipping, with the same silver, u can actually use a brush to paint them. .. eg, Cleaner n heavy weathered... not that well done, but helps to explain what i mean...

Great photography and weathering; it's very pleasing to the eye. I would suggest adding a pilot, flight mode without pilot is kind of strange. ;D

At first look I tot this is a 1/100 core fighter, then I notice all the small rivets only I know its a 1/35. Why it gives me an impression of a 1/100 scale is simply because the drybrushing is a bit too wet,and notice some obvious brush stroke.
By the way, its UCHG and not HGUC??

I'm liking the over all presentation on this thing. Weathering is very nicely done.
But on some parts, the brush strokes are pretty obvious. A little practice on that and will look excellent next time. Less is more!
