Got this Futuristic kit from Geno for the Christmas GB Actually I was toying with the idea of remodelling an F1 car into some Post Apocalypse Vehicle... So in a way, quite happy with what I got!! ;D I really have no idea how this will turn out, so its just all trial and error build, the only one with no proper planing.. Covering the wheel wells with putty Jet engines from 1/48 ME262 Rebuild all the struts with brass tubes and rods, Soldering Details added from various left over parts - AFV , F1 cars and Koto MSG parts The front part of the original body is cut and reshaped with epoxy putty. Panel line cutting, primed and Preshading This part is for the diorama. The green florist foam is used for creating the rocks. Chosen, because it is very easy to work with and sculpt . But the downside is that all the primer is totally absorb by the foam. so thick plaster paste is used to cover the foam, for easy of painting. Completed model photos. Paint used, Gunze, Gaia , Tamiya enamel , Vallejo Acrylics and some oil paints. The completed picture. "ABANDONMENT" A scene set in the Post Apocalyptic Future, where most part of the earth turned into desert wasteland.

This is lovely! Very creative kit bashing and on top of that, excellent painting n weathering that blend everything together seamlessly!!!!
Especially dig the damage effect at the front part, scratches n paint chipping are just superbly done!
Set a very high standard to all other GB members.
Side note: I prefer the warm tone photography u had on the kit to the ones later, the cooler tone, u put it in the vignette.

bayu - Thanks Bro. @ Rayloke, ya, agreed with you.. the warm tone seem nicer.. Hand itchy, played with the white balance of the camera and they seem a bit overexposed.. @ Phoon.. er , not much of any technique , I just relied more on the cons properties of the paints I used, instead of the pros.. to get those chipping effect.
